Default serp belt pulley replacement (not tensioner)

Need to replace the serp belt pulley (not the tensioner one). Just wondering if anyone has done this and what is the procedure? Is there a torque setting for the bolt that holds it on? Mines gotten quite noisy.

Thanks for any help.

Some of them had a cap you have to remove to get to the bolt. Some don't have the cap.
Make sure it isn't the timing belt Idler making the noise and not the serp. belt idler.

THanks, I plan on replacing all the pulleys until the noise is gone. If it's not this one then I'll do the tensioners for the serp and timeing belts.

Thanks

The easiest way to find out is to remove the serp. belt and start the car and see if the noise is still there.
