Default Smoke from dip stick still after PCV kit & PCT cleaned

Hi guys
When I bought my 95 T5 it had lot of smoke coming from dip stick, then I paid the guy to replace a PCV complete kit and also cleaned PCT but still smoke from dip stick. I'm pretty sure he changed it since all the pcv hoses and oil trap look new. I've ran seafoam in oil but didn't help and also lose oil about a quart every 2 months. Now I'm wondering if I should take it apart and check on pcv system again or it could be something else?
Thx for all helps

How many miles since the change? I wouldn't worry about it until about 2,000 miles. It could be smoking from build up and just needs to be burned off. the pressure is the big problem.

There is a chance that you have some other problem. Maybe you can check compression.

Thx for quick reply,
It's been almost 10k after changed. Yeah I'm thinking about running compression test too. Car now runs fine just only lose oil and also notice after boost leak testing it might have some leaks down the oil trap. I'm just thinking if I wanna tear everything down to fix the leak should I get a new oil trap again or I worry about this too much?
Thx

Sometime people don't clean out the hole in the block that the oil trap goes into. My guess is that you have some other problem. I'm assuming that the PCV system was installed/routed properly.

The big thing with the PCV system being bad is the crank case pressure it allows to build up, thus blowing seals, mainly the rear main seal. Stop oil leaks.

If you are not leaking oil you likely have a worn engine. Do the compression test next.
