I replaced the PVC system on my daughters car and it still blows smoke out the dip stick, just about the same as before. I did clean out and maybe not good enough, the bottom connection on the engine block (I don't know what it's called). It was the bottom connection to the fire trap and really doesn't even have a hose connected to it. I used a screw driver, but didn't really insert anything in there....is that my mistake?

 

Maybe that might be it but also check all the little hoses really good.
Espically the plastic hoses.
