Default Some over due work

I need to replace a warped front right rotor, need the flange clamp replaced on the exhaust, coolant flush, and probably and alignment and the standard oil change. I don't drive the car much so Ive neglected it quite nicely. My questions are...
What do I need for the full front break job?
How much coolant is it going to take?
I have the flange clamp, so that's not an issue...
And further more...
I have a friend that works at a shop. How much should I pay him? I guess... How many hours will it take to do a coolant drop, oil change, breaks, and the flange clamp? I'm going to get the alignment somewhere else.

Thanks guys!

Figure about an hour for the oil change and coolant flush, about two hours for a full brake job, and a half hour for the exhaust flange and cleanup, so all totalled, about 3.5 to 4 hours. I would pay him by helping out, and offering him a decent dinner and a couple of beers.

I noticed that also. But I just thought that People, and not the system, did that sort of thing.

The closest that Ill get to that is Frack. Ya, Im a Battlestar fan. And if they can use it on primetime then it cant be that bad. But then again, I can remember when a women had to wear a sweater with the bra on the outside (1970s) andeven then the censors were all over it, now - Victoria Secret - MAN - fagitaboutit!

Oh, dont forget the Gormet Ketchup. MMMMMMMM, Sup

P.S. Please watchyour spelling. Not everyone reading this forum is over 18 and we wouldnt want to be a poor influence, just a good source for information.
