Speedometer Died
Hello Folks,
It is about 13 degrees F here in the northeast and not sure if that's the reason but I noticed that my speedometer and odometer died this morning. The turbo needle and RPM gauges still work.
Is this going tobe an expensive repair? I won't attempt to do it myself.
Thanks in advance,
Bash

RE: Speedometer Died
I'm on the phone with my mechanic, he's talking about something as simple as a fuse.
or as severe as the pulse generator.
He's also giving me a guesstimate on the repair $30 - $45 for the cable and 1 to 1 1/2
hours of labor if that is the scenario. If itis thethe pulse generator:
The whole assembly (odometer, RPM, Turbo) head
assembly could cost $300 - $350 used and $800 for a new head assembly.
Your thoughts please.
