Default Spoiler Removal and Installation

I just bought a 96-97 850 R spoiler for my 95 T5R and am in the process of refinishing it. I know I have read somewhere how to remove the old one and attach the new one, but I can not remember exactly what I need to do?

There is clamps on each side you will need to remove.
Then it is double sided taped on. You will need to pull it off.

Thanks tech.

Not sure yet what I'm going to do with the one on the car. Kind of depends how good the one I am working on turns out. Probably just keep it so the car can be restored back to 100% original if I ever wanted to.

Yes it is. It has taken quite a bit, but it's lookig pretty good now. I just put a final coat of primer on it and getting ready to wet sand and then paint.

Not sure whether to put the dark grey on lip or the yellow first? After looking at the white one, I think I will get the grey lip painted first mainly because the goove around the lip will be yellow and there is no way I would be able to mask the groove to paint the grey lip over the yellow. Normally I would do the lighter color first.
