Stereo Stuck on "OFF"! 2 Hour Wait Didn't Work

Stereo Stuck on "OFF"! 2 Hour Wait Didn't Work
Has anyone waited a full 2 hours and still had the stereo display "OFF"? I did the following....
- Turn key on to Accessory
- Turned on the stereo
- Left it on for 2 hours and 5 minutes.
And yes, I left it on for 2 hours straight. Never turned it off and then back on.
Did that dude from eBay sell me a junk stereo?
