RE: Tech Help PRETTY PLEASE
Sorry, I am not Tech but he did post this a few days ago:

As has been stated in replies to your previous post on this subject, there are only two wires to the compressor. One is to ground and the other, which is grey but, for some reason known only to Volvo, becomes black as it enters the compressor. Drop a lead from the battery +ve to this one. Do not attach the lead as it must be only a flash across the terminal to see if the compressor responds.
Why you wish to jump the compressor is beyond me. In the majority cases of it stopping it is because the refrigerant is low. It is designed to do this.
Others have suggested that you recharge the system. Have youtried that?

RE: Tech Help PRETTY PLEASE
I hate to say this to people, but tech has answered how to jump the a/c compressor before. I bet I could find the answer if I did a search, but then again so could you. I know it had something to do with jumping the switch, but I can't remember exactly how he said to do it. When I get a chance I will search for it. If you find it before I do post the link to it here.
Took me a little while to search and find this, but here it is, and I was right it's the pressure switch you jump:
