is it possible to run no thermostat on a 854T?
is it just not recommended?

What would be the benefit of this?

Its only going to keep the engine cooler for a little bit. the engine is supposed to reach an optimal operating temp and your mileage and possibly performance may suffer from being "cold" longer

Also you would develop may develop some condensation in your oil by doing this...

Yes you can. However your engine may never reach it's proper operating temp which will cause preformance issues, excessive fuel consumpsion, and probably engine wear because it runs cold.
