Does anyone know where is the thermostat and how do you replace it located on a Volvo 850?

Sometimes the torx screws are difficult to get out, I replaced mine with bolts, that is after I had to drill my torx screws out and use a ezyout!!!

that is true i forgot to mention that.it would help to spray some PBBLASTER on the screws the night before

looking at the write up. you dont *need* to drain all the fluid like it says. but it wouldnt be a bad idea to do a full flush anyways.

i second the idea on the torx screws...soak them and leave them overnight before trying to remove.
