I recently discovered that the tie rod on my driver's side is starting to go bad. I can't figure out how to disconnect it from the steering rack. Is there a certain tool i need, or a certain way I need to be looking at it to see the solution? Any help would be great.

 

It unscrews.
I usually use a pipe wrench to loosen it and tighten the new one.
