Tire rubbing
I currently have two 850s, and I've had 3 others. One was a n/a, the others were/are turbos. All except the n/a rubbed tires on the plastic wheel well liner when turned to full lock. Some only on the right side, some on both, but they all did it, and it didn't matter if it was the stock wheels or an aftermarket set that I swap around from car to car.
Given that all 4 of my turbo cars do this, I'm guessing this is fairly common?

The fuel door only lists the 15" size. I'm guessing somebody swapped the door somewhere along the way, maybe when the hinge broke.
One car has 215-45/17 that I bought, and the other has 205-55/16 that a previous owner bought. I guess I never realized that things were that close together in the wheel well that a couple milimeters would make a difference, especially given that it's such a slight variation in tire size on a factory wheel. It's not like I'm trying to cram 20's under there.
Thanks

One of my favorite Volvo features was how tight of a turning circle my 700 and 900 series have. IMO the 850 R is weak in that area. I understand that a FWD car had a harder time at this but I'm getting use to it.
