Totalled?

Totalled?
My wife was driving home this afternoon after it had been snowing all day and slid the car into a curb at low speed. she said she was only going 5-10 mph. the back left wheel is now tilted outward a few inches. If im not mistaken the 850's have some sort of passive rear stearing and am curious how bad this could be. it is tilted far enough in where the wheel is rubbing the wheel well. there is no body damage at all but the rim is cracked and will need to be replaced. without pulling the wheel off im not sure whats back there that could get knocked that out of whack. does anyone have any ideas or is it doomed? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as this car was perfect before the hit
thank you

RE: Totalled?
It could be as simple as a broken bushing on the delta link trailing arms. Relatively cheap part - relatively easy fix. If that is what happened it will drive like a boat until repaired and you will need an alignment after it is repaired. As Tech said, you need to get it jacked up and look to find out for sure.
If the trailing arm itself is bent then it is more $$ (search at local salvage yards first) and more work but it is doable by a decent shade-tree mechanic. You will still need an alignment.
The delta links are aluminum and they don't weigh much but they are bulky and expensive to ship if you need to go through erievovo.com or another mail order salvage house.
