Tricks for finding the noisy wheel bearing
So my daughter dropped off the 95 850T wagon due to "weird noises". Took a test drive and it had that wup wup wup droning sound of a bad wheel bearing. Noise starts at 20 mph and gets louder with speed. I suspect its a front bearing due to the extra load but could only produce minor changes of tone when steering left or right at about 30 mph. Any other tricks to try before I jack up the car, rotate tires etc, spin the rears by hand etc?
