My car does not have the power that it used to have.Could this mean my turbo booster is going bad?

 

The electronic controller valve might be bad. Or you could have a broken hose.

 

Thanks Tech. How expensive is an electronic controller valve? You think I can get one on ebay? I'm going to price these hoses. I had a mechanic briefly look at my car and he says my turbo maybe leaking oil???

 

All turbo's slightly leak oil. Not sure on the price might be able to find on E-bay. Or junkyard.

 

Thanks. But I am not living in the US at the moment (in Trinidad) and I have to rely on either Ebay or FCP groton at the moment. My bro is coming to visit next week and I know he would not have the time to search for these parts on such short notice

 

1271630 Should be the OEM part# Thats for a 1996 turbo car.

Yes change the hoses one at a time and you will be fine.
