94 volvo 850.

The passenger side turn signal works fine with the parking lights/headlights off. However, when they are turned on, the passenger side parking lights are brighter and do not flash. Is this the flasher? or bad wiring?
The volvo dealership told me that the flasher is apart of the whole hazard light switch unit.... which is over $78 from them.

anyone know where I can get that part cheaper?
so, what do you all think?

Have you checked the bulbs yet?

Sometimes the end for the blinker and parking lights melt together.

 

yeah... the bulbs and the fuses.... the stop light fuse was blown when I first looked into the problem, but has not blown out since

 

I would try to track down the ground for that side of the car.
