Default Under Panel/Splash Guard Loose

So, I was driving and heard a scraping noise under my car and it turns out that one of the screws of the plastic encasing covering the radiator (is this called the underpanel?) fell off and half of it is just hanging down to the ground.

I'm currently parked in my apartment's parking lot and am afraid to drive it. Any suggestions?

Could you put it back and use different screw or duct tape it ...etc?

Remove the other screw and the splash guard (there are only 2 screw holding it in). Take the screw you removed to an auto parts store, home depot, etc. and get a self tapping or sheet metal screw that is about the same size(not any smaller though and not too much bigger). Reinstall the splash guard.

I had the same thing happen to me and I just used a zip tie to fix it.
