Default vacuum lines stumped

I need the vacuum manifold or switch that is attached to the air filter box. There are 3 lines on one side and a plug on the other. I don't know what it is called or where to get one. I broke one of the nipples off trying to change the line that goes from there to the turbo. I am also curious if my turbo needs to be rebuilt. I have replaced the pcv system. There is quite bit of residual oil in the air lines. It appears oil is leaking on the left side of the turbo. Left (towards the drivers side) of the cool side of the fins. It is dry where the oil lines are. Oil was in that vacuum line that I was replacing. Its a 1997 850 glt around 100k spedometer says 87k.

I checked FCP groton but they do not carry it that I can find.
Ipd sells heavy duty ones for the 98 and newer cars.

Yes it is the turbo control valve.
Volvo calls it a pressure regulator.

That could have been from before you did the vent system service.
If something was clogged it will basically pump oil into the system.
