Vented Rear Disc brakes on an 850 turbo wagon, is there any way to do this? are there kits, different calipers etc?

You probably could do it, but why would you spend the money doing it? You're gonna overheat the front vented brakes WAY before you overheat the rear solid brakes.

On most cars, especially fwd cars, your rear brakes are only supplying anywhere from 20% to 30% of your stopping.

well i plan to upgrade the fronts, whatd be the best way to go for the fronts?

The ipd kit is a nice set up for a great price.

As for rears... CJ makes a kit for them so you can use the s60r rear discs and calipers... but then your spending about 1400 +/- per axle on breaks... and the rears only do what 10-25% of your breaking...

stocks are fine unless you just want them for show....
