Question Volvo 850 broken... Airguide?

Alright, I bottomed out in my 95 turbo awhile back, and ripped half of the big plastic sheet behind the front bumper off, I managed to get it stuck up there with some tape and screwing it in hard, but it would still come off time to time.

Anyway I finally just took the thing off but realized that it was probably protecting the radiator (it hangs just below the bumper).

I took some pictures:

(It's upside down here)

(Right side up, you can see where it broke inside the red square)

I've been looking for a long time trying to figure out what this part is called exactly, however I think I have found it here: http://www.ipdusa.com/nl-63-555

(second thing down)

Ipd calls it an air guide, although the part looks smaller than the one In my pictures so I'm not 100% sure its the same part. Can anyone confirm that this is or is not the part, and/or if Ipd is the place to buy it, or to try and find it locally? Thx.

Oh man, just add some plummers tape with two screws further down with the strip going up to where the hole would mount then trim. Couple bucks compared to many bucks. If you lived close to the Sacramento area I have one you could have.

I thought it was called a splash guard. I held my up with zip ties. Drill some holes and thread it through, it works.

Important, debatable. Serves a function, yes. It keeps the air traveling through the radiator.
