mechanic tells me its an oxygen sensor problem,possible heater circuit --could cost couple of hundred $ to fix or it could be just a wire.... wont know till he goes in there... sound correct with $$ -low mileage 95 volvo
help pls - ithink i might be on the wrong post - new to this site - any suggestions would help...thanks

 

It could be either the sensor or the connections. If you are handy, you could replace the sensor yourself. It is not hard to do.
