Default water in transmission fluid

hi folks.
can anyone give any advise on my 1994 850 2ltr auto est, the car will only drive about half a mile before it stops pulling.
i checked the transmission fluid to find it looked very milky. all i can think of is water getting into the gearbox. a friend said the fluid runs into the radiator via cooling pipes and suggests the problem may be in the radiator. not knowing anything about volvo's or auto transmission im none the wiser.
im not sure if the car is worth fixing or not. it sure dont look good thats for sure
i would be greatful for any info.

cheers martin.

The cooler in the radiator might have broke.
But bad news is usually when this happens the coolant destroys the transmission.
