My 97 volvo is making a noise similar to a bunch of pigeons fighting over bread while im driving. Any ideas?

 

Trim around the windshield?

 

My 855T had that noise when I first bought it, but it only made the noise at like 90+ MPH! Sounded like someone was stepping on a mouse, really shrill and loud. Turned out PO had just had the windshield replaced before he sold it to me. So I took it to the glass place who installed it and they did a better job of gluing down the rubber seal around the perimeter of the windshield and that fixed it.
