So i guess my question is aimed to all the redlight racers out there. What kind of cars can you consistantly beat? I race against a lot of civics and jettas and such. I have been running my car like this for over a year and I ALWAYS beat civics, no matter what. Then, today, a civic beat me.
Basically i want to know what cars put up a good race to your volvo.

 

any non turbo ed civic isnt going to be a problem.

i raced a turbo one, and he owned me intill about 180... then bye-bye!

i raced a 90's v8 camaro ( when i was at 12 psi) i lost.
i raced my brothers stock 85 supra non turbo.. i won.

Keep in mind that most other turbo cars are much lighter than volvos so most of the time they're faster,.. the only other turbo car i ever beat was a first gen RX7.. and i had 3 peeps in the car.

<edit> from a roll kept with a new Cherokee RT! He didn't like that very much! Not many cars from a stop! Hard to gauge the light and jump it! Once I'm up and running again I will try some more unsuspecting people!!

 

me nothing for now.... I did try to have a go with an audi tt quatro I didnt have a chance in hell.... (his vanity plate said 28psi) think that had anything to do with it.... lol

 

Neck and neck with endless 328 and 528i e90 and e60 bimmers, a 1984 Vette, walk on 2.0t vws and audis..

If they got more than 250hp, I don't waste my gas getting beat.
