these wires are located on t ahe inderside of the drivers headlight area, one the redand black bundel drags on the ground. I was wondering what they go to.

Looks like something aftermarket that someone added.
Sometimes people will add trailer wiring and run it from the battery to the back of the car.
That is not stock wiring.
