Anyone know what's going on with rspi? HE has not been on any of the forums in over a month?

 

RSPI has been working on a few Volvo wagons. One for his Mom which is an 1999 V70 AWD and a 1990 740 GL to to auctioned off/given away for $1. Yes one dollar USD. He then proceeded to deliver the V70 to his Mom clear across the country in the Pittsburgh PA area. He is quite the man!

 

He is on FB every day.

 

He's been his usual busy self on his YouTube as well.

 

Seen him on the Matthews Volvo Forum a few times this week but less than usual. Yes.

 

Phew! I'm back. I have been having a lot of technology issues lately, along with being busy. I have also had password issues with this site that has discouraged me from getting on here. I now have a new computer so I should be good to go for a while. I also fixed my phone and activated it again today.

The V70 AWD was delivered to my mom without any issues. Well, I think the PNP switch is starting to act up a little. Something my brother will likely have to deal with, personally or through is wallet. LOL

In restoring that V70 for my mom, I acquired a '98 V70 Cross Country with a blown head gasket. This is the car that I'm going to restore and give away. The '90 745 is mine, all mine (for now).

Facebook was easy on my phone and YouTube was set up on my 12 year old spare laptop so that was not hard to maintain on while in town. Heck, I was on the road a lot since mid October. Back and forth to the east coast.

Glad to be back on here.

I'm going to start the restoration of the give-a-way car tomorrow.

 

Cool project! I hope somebody gets a a milllion miles of use out of it.
