who would do this to a vovlo

looking at ebay i came across this picture of a volvo item number 7406965320 dont think well dont know what i think of it woundered what you all think of it [sm=goodidea.gif][sm=badidea.gif]

I think it would be useful for driving under 18-wheelers and SUVs. Toll booths would be a pain though...

Don't be too critical - he still had the sense to use his extended towing mirrors. He apparently does not have much else in the sense department.
