Default Window track problems

I have a 1995 850 GLT which is new to me which my daughter will soon be driving.
When I bought it I noticed that the rear passenger side window went down crooked and made noises. So I raised it back up and put it on the list of things to repair. Yesterday I took the door panel off and saw a problem. The roller at the back was gone. So I bought a replacement for about 5 bucks at the dealer, and put it in. Now I see another problem. The window does not go up straight and still makes clunking noises near the top.

Now here is another detail... when I took the door panel off, a gold colored m6 bolt fell out. Looks like the same bolt which holds the regulator motor on. But I can't see where it came from. Is that a bolt which holds the rear track on? I'm not sure. Does anyone know how that goes together? I have doen thins kind of thing on my other car, but this one is a lot more closed in, and I don't want to take more off then I need to.

Anyone have advice? Or a diagram?
Thanks in advance.

That bolt does go to the regulator, but without seeing what bolts are there, it is hard to tell were it goes. If you take a picture, we could help you more.

I have a rear door in my basement with no panel on it. I can look at it tonight, but I need to know more of what you are looking for? I know on the front doors the track on the rear of the door has a rivet that goes in through the door back edge (part that closes in) and into the track.

I can't take a pic tonight. Camera is at in my office. But... I think I figured it out. I removed the glued on hardboard cover at the front on the door and saw the front slide was not attached to the glass and the slide block was at the rear of the track.

So I centered it up by slide the clip in the track until it latched in place. Then I pushed the track onto the glass while pushing the glass forward. I have never seen a regulator slide that is not clamped onto the glass though. Is this the way it is supposed to be?
I guess the extra screw I found was from a previous repair. All the bolts for the regulator and door latch handle are in place.
So the window goes up and down normally now. But I am concerned the slide will come off the glass again. Should I be?

There is supposed to be a metal clip on the plastic wheel/block that lock the regulator into the glass. Alot of times the plastic breaks and the clips falls off.

That clip is there... I was talking about the rail the windows sits in. On my bmw and vw, the glass is clamped to the rail. But on the Volvo I didn't see a clapm mechanism... The glass just sits in the channel with a little press fit. I just want to make sure this is right.
