Wiper Question
You'll be fine, but the wiper pattern will change significantly wherever you put the 16" blade causing reduced visibility.
Personally I wold probably end up returning them and getting the correct sizes.

Yeah. I did that Tirerack deal (2 for 30 bucks) Valeo blades.
Luckily I bought 2 sets (one for my car and one for my moms). I'm using her 21" until I return it.
I'm still contemplating whether to buy a 3rd set also. LOL.
You guys should consider this deal. From what i'm reading, they retail 30 bucks EACH usually. And now it's 15 bucks and 12.50 if you buy 2 sets.

Greetings from Chicagoland.
I use a pair of Rain-X blades (made in Korea) that I bought from a local Wal-Mart for $8 or so each. So far they're doing the job. I change wiper blades once/year, and next time I'll probably go with Bosch. I also put some Rain-X repellent on side & rear windows as well as on the mirrors, and it's worth a try.
I wonder if headlight wiper replacement is necessary. I even wonder if they are doing anything or just a luxury item that makes the car look nicer.
Also, I wonder about that rear fog light. Why on Earth did Volvo decide to put it only on one side, instead of on both sides?
Good night,
JPN

Hello Mr. info2x & B1mmer,
Greetings from sleepyhead.
Thanks for the reply, I now see the reason. However, in Chicago area so many cars have failed brake lights and only one side is lighting, or I wonder if they all have Volvo-inspired fog lights as well (lol).
Volvo should've used different color for that light. Next time I'd like to see them in yellow/blue LED's.
Mr. JimKW,
I agree with you.
Good day all,
JPN

I think a lot of people agree that the headlight wipers look bad. Most new cars come with high pressure jets for the head lights.
You can get them heated too.
