Had a similar issue, check the nuts for the taillights, Mine was missing the top nut.

There are several nuts that hold the tail light assy on one in particular is at the very top off the light. You need to remove the plastic cover in the interior. You should see a stud and nut, mine was missing the nut. Just tighten those down.

So here's an update to my leak issue. I thought it was the taillight that was leaking, it was not. the 'shark fin " cover for the antenna has three plastic tabs the protrude through the roof and the tab on the right in the rear was the one leaking. Solution was to remove the plastic cover on the inside roof next to the rear hatch, pull down the headliner a bit and you will see what I'm talking about. I used the little grease nipple rubber covers filled with silicon caulk pushed over the plastic clips sticking through the roof and this seems to have fixed the problem.

Surely the headliner was wet? The only water I have is on the footwear behind passenger and and under back seat. I will look at this tho. Thanks

Default Update I found the leak

UPDATE***

The leak was in the boot stoppers. I stripped the boot internal panels off and put a hose on the roof and the water was pouring in for the boot stops. I sealed this up and now no water. *see photos
