The passenger belt in my C30 became stuck on the seat adjustment handle on the right side of the passenger seat. This keeps it from releasing and makes it unusable to any passenger in the car. Any ideas of how to get the belt to release so that it can be useable again?

I am a college student, and I feel like I need something to bright up my life a bit! HAHA ok yeah I am so random.
I know I need to get out as soon *** possible,so i can pay off my parents's house and then get my own house and then my C30.But I want it now? any rich people can buy me one?
I am 19 asian kid,lol. workin my *** in a chinese restaurant,currently driving a 05 corolla. lol .I am being superb random now.
