Have 59 plate Volvo C30 diesel that will not start. The problem thinking about it started a couple of weeks ago. Intermittent starting and taking a couple of turns of the key before it would start. Then the other day went on a bit of a run and it cut out on the dual carriageway and wouldn’t start again, eventually it started and was ok for a couple of days. It then went again and now won’t start.
when you turn the key all lights come on and you can hear the ignition appear to engage but nothing when you turn to start it. Battery fully charged and starter motor tested at garage and appears ok. Diagnostic machine appears to point towards ECM , I was thinking immobiliser but to be honest I’m at a loss.
any ideas please🙏
