Cant open the trunk

Cant open the trunk
I've recently ran into a problem, I can open a trunk.
I have fist gen 2009 1.6 model with a "wall". The car has been equipped with a wall to separate the trunk and the rest of a car.
Ever since I had it the remote control trunk open hasnt been working. Theres not much to say, any ideas?
