Trunk won't open
My trunk won't open with the remote. I took it to the dealer and was informed that I needed a new trunk lock harness. It costs $75. Of course there is an additonal labor charge. In all, I'll be out over $120.

My 2006 Volvo S-60 trunk won't open with the remote or by using the soft switch "handle" on the trunk. I can open the trunk using the key.
I can hear an electronic "click" when I press the trunk "handle" but the latch doesn't open so the trunk doesn't open.
Both of my remotes lock/unlock the doors as they should. Neither remote opens the trunk.
This happened after my car was detailed. The guy put my mats in the trunk, closed the lid, and went to get me to show me he was done. When he tried to pop the trunk lid to show me the mats were inside, nothing happened.
One minute it worked, the next it didn't. I had also used the trunk right before he came to remove all items from the trunk.
Is there somewhere they would be cleaning/polishing where they could have disconnected something?
I checked the fuse and it is okay and also the interior Valet Button which is on disengaged status...Please Help!
