I've had to replace the fusebox on my 2.0 litre diesel C30; I couldn't afford to let Volvo supply and fit a new fusebox as they wanted £1,000 which is about half the value of the car.

So my local garage bought a fusebox (for £70) from someone who was breaking up a similar C30 - but they're struggling to re-program the built-in ECU.

Does anyone have any hints / tips / suggestions / information on how to re-program it?

 

Hint: they can't.

Try xemodex if you still have your old CEM.
