I have an 08 r design, automatic. It's making a weird noise, sounds like front right. Only happens when in drive and accelerating. Does not do it in park or neutral. I've changed the front shocks and struts ( left and right), axles (driver and passenger) and lastly the control arms both sides. The noise is still there.

 

Have you elevated the affected side or both fronts on jack stands and placed in gear to listen?
