Unhappy Help me diagnose this issue

Backstory: 2008 Volvo C30, 74,000 miles, no previous issues. About a week ago, I parked my car and went inside to have lunch. I came out, started my car, put it in reverse and backed out. Put it in drive, suddenly no throttle response. ABS warning, Transmission warning, power steering warning, all came on. RPM's read as zero, though the car was still running. I turned it off and couldnt get it to start again. We put a new battery in it and everything was fine. Drove it for a day and a half with no issue. I was going down the highway at 60mph when suddenly i lost all throttle response. All the warning lights came on again and the engine read as 0 rpm even though it was clearly still running. Since then it has been towed to my trusted local mechanic. He got it to start consistently. All codes were cleared and he said he drove it around just fine. I came back to get it the next day. The car started, but after a minute the ABS light came on. RPMS read as 0 again even though the car was running. No throttle response. Now it wont start again. We are all lost as to what it could possibly be. Any insight? Anyone with a similar issue? All help is greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have a fault in the ABS module. The focal point of all of those systems would be the ABS.

Probably a broken wire or bad solder joint in the device itself. Have someone do a circuit test.
