I'm looking at getting new wheels this summer and am looking at a few potential candidates. One of them is the Volvo C30. What is the general feedback on this model - yay or nay? Any particular weak points to closely look at? Any known vehicle weaknesses? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

To ensure fairness, the other cars being considered are the Audi A3 and the VW GTI (I am a current Volkswagen owner).
