Default Vibration through accelerator pedal.

Hi folks, I'm new to the forums & to C30 ownership & I'm having a bit of a crisis. Got a '58 plate R-Design, the 2.0 petrol with 60k in the clock and at anything below 60 it drives sweet as a nut, however as soon as I creep up above 60, the accelerator pedal starts to vibrate. By the time I reach 70, it's so bad it makes my leg go numb. I thought it might be the tyres so I've had a new set put on and all the tracking/balancing done. I also took it to a local garage we use and they reckon they can't see any problem underneath, but the problem persists. I'm hoping some educated soul here might have a clue what to do. Any help is most welcome.

By tracking do you mean alignment? If not I would suggest having it checked. Oddly it sounds like a tire balance issue or perhaps a bent wheel?
