Hey guys, I have a couple questions regarding suspension on my C.

When I place my hand on the top of the strut and push down on the car, I feel a little bit of play. Should there be ANY play or slap at the top of the strut?

When I push down on the rear of the car it seems to be rather soft then when I bought the car. At 100k miles would shocks be bad or would the springs be bad?

 

None, mounts or shocks. Time to replace some worn parts.

 

Take a look at the rear coil springs. I found mine broken right at the top. Fine now it has new springs!

 

I won some new Eibach's on Ebay for 195.00 and bought new xc90 spring seats for the front. That should take care of some of my issues
