'04 C70, starts and goes into gear, won't move.
My 2004 C-70 with only 75,000 miles on it was running beautifully. I parked it and it sat w/o being started for two days. Shouldn't be a problem. Two days later I go to take a drive and start the car. Started normally. Shifted car into gear(Automatic Trans) and tried to accelerate. The car accelerated but didn't move, like the brakes were locked up. I skidded a few feet and left it where is is sitting fearing additional damage if I force it. Any suggestions, tips or knowledge to share? Much appreciated.

can you tell which wheel is skidding? What you can do is jack up the rear (one side at a time is ok), chock the wheels then release the parking brake. The rear wheels should be able to easily spin by hand. Next jack up the front. Set the ebrake, chock the rears then put the car in neutral. You should be able to spin at least one of the fronts with some force - if you have jack stands you can put both fronts in the air. That will give you a sense of what's binding (ie brakes/axles/hubs vs transmission)
