Default 1999 C70 2.3 T5 - P1113 Error code

Anyone know what this code means? so far I can see its Intake air Temp or Ambient Air Temp. anyone know for definate what it is and what i need to do to fix it?

P1113 = Outside temperature sensor, faulty signal.

It's the one that should be fixed in the RH side of the engine splash guard it is often not and has fallen down and got damaged.

It may even be missing so look for a two wire connector on the right side of the splash guard.

The other one on the LH side of the bumper is for the dash display, they are the same so you could swap them to prove the code.
