2000 c70 softop opens the roof fine. Although it doesn't tighten the rear cover down at all. That motor seems dead

Other than that I've measured all microswitched and all are in good working order. Also cleaned all plugs and connectors.

Problem is the roof get stuck closing with the rear deck lid vertical, the rear glas stil up and the front sections motor doesn't start so it doesn't drop in the front windshield frame but stops about 3 inches above as the ends of the front mechanism get in the way of the roof flatten out.

In Vida it just gives a "roof position not correct" fault.

Pentiometers are showing voltage changes so seem to be reading. Strange.that it opens fine but refuses to close. Frustrating to

This is where it gets stuck.
