I have a 2001 C70 that started having a headlight issue, the passenger side low beam light is out. I have tracked it to the low beam fuse box, I have checked the power on both spot 21 driver side low beam and it has power however slot 22 the passenger side low beam has now power to it. Any other fuses or relays to check? Or any other ideas? Thanks in advance for your time.

 

Don't have a wiring diagram for a 2001 - but here's what a 2000 has. 2/1 is the "headlamp relay/bulb failure unit. Power goes from that directly to fuses 21/22. Relay location is illustrated above the fuses.
