Low Beam Headlight

I replaced my low beam headlight in my 1999 Vovlo S70 but it still does not work. Any suggestion anyone.

Fuse for that bulb.

how was the changing of the light bulbs? attempted at midnight to change them with no progress. find some youtube videos that i might help the process, if not my friend will be installing HIDs shortly. any tips or tricks on should kno in changing them?
