2008 C70 Throttle body issue

2008 C70 Throttle body issue
Replaced throttle body, driving fine for a week, started on interstate and it reversed back to Reduced Performance, drove home at 49mph. Anyone has any similar issues or advise ? The throttle body was a used one. Vehicle has 103000 miles
