Are 850/S70/C70 rear shocks all the same?

I found a set of set of rears locally for near nothing. They are new in the box and match the struts that the previous owner put up front. They were for a '96 850 sedan though.

According to FCP groton yes they are the same. The OEM part #'s are the same for both cars.
