I hear rattling or scraping coming from the right front wheel well whenever i go over a bump small or big bump doesn't matter. I am going to put it on a lift this weekend but was just wondering if this is common? Suspension problem?</P>

The most common suspension problem with that car is the upper spring seat. You can check this by taking a crescent wrench and turning the top of the shock. If it turns easily have the spring seat ($35.00 part) replaced.
