Default 99 C70 rear leather

My son left a spare battery upside down on Mom's back seat. The leather didn't tolerate the spilled acid very well. I can find leather for 2003 rear seats at LSeat.com Does anyone know if the seats changed between 1999 and 2003? Seems like it's the same basic body style - the hard-top convertible didn't start till 2005 or 2006...

I would suggest a local upholtery shop who can change the panel that is damaged without changing the entire seat. That's the way to go.

Thanks, Tony, but that doesn't answer my question. Local upholstery shop is $200-400 just to change the 3 or 4 damaged panels and as old as the car is it will never match. LSeat sells all the back seat leather (bottoms and backs) for $300. I need to have an actual answer to my question. Are the seats the same in 1999 and 2003. Does anyone have access to parts manuals and are the part numbers the same (not necessarily for the leather, but for the seat parts)?
