I appologise if this topic has already been covered.
I would like to know where the siren is located on a C70 convertible 2002 model.

The alarm keeps going off and i want to check to see if the siren contains rechargeable batteries as this seems to be a potential issue from looking at other threads.

No it does not. Siren should be above your turbo heatshield on firewall. Most common reason is metallic objects in lower center console pocket(eg. change).

I have looked but still cannot find the siren.
My C70 is a right hand drive UK model, not sure if this makes a difference or not.
Are there any pictures available or can you recommend a good website that may be able to assist me further.

Siren is different. Did a quick search on Ebay UK and they show a different part. Ours is circular like a saucer on the firewall.

 

Looking for the location of the alarm siren on a 2008 Volvo c70. I’ve read the applicable posts but have not found the siren in the suggested locations. Is the a picture of the location available. Thanks!
